As pick-up times can be flexible, please leave yourself plenty of time before the listed pickup time for each carrier. We have built great relationships with our drivers, but we cannot ask them to stay late or wait for you to arrive with your letters or packages as this would delay the remainder of their route. Thank you.

*As DHL no longer offers domestic service, we do not have a regular daily pick-up. When shipping with DHL, the procedure is that we will call DHL once the shipment is processed. Depending on the time of day that you ship your package, your pickup time may be the following day.
